So we like to ensure that the front of house role supports the landlord and management team by delivering a slick meet-and-greet and creating a professional, friendly ambience that reflects occupier, client and visitor expectations. Our teams develop relationships with occupiers, agents and service partners to ensure they are all working in harmony and we love to create communities within the buildings we manage.
Engagement is key, and we achieve this through regular on-site events social media activity. We create opportunities to bring our occupiers together, whether it is to meet and learn from our service partners or to create a Green Group focused making the building more sustainable.
