The Bourse, Leeds

From day one of managing The Bourse we have focused on the things that make the biggest impact. Some projects were kick started for delivery over the longer‐term while others were implemented for immediate, impactful change. These ranged from changing the cleaning regime or sorting out the mail to working with the client to overhaul the HVAC systems, lifts and most recently completed a c£1.5million refurbishment.

Our focused approach means we are able to constantly look at ways to improve the experience at The Bourse. We work closely with the M&E team to make all the systems in the building as efficient as possible.

Day two saw us introducing a front-of-house service. We overhauled the main reception area and installed a service that was able to deal with occupier queries, manage access and distribute the mail. These sound like small things, but they have made a huge difference and cost little.

We have strived to provide an occupier focused service from day one which has enabled us to respond to problems or issues quickly and decisively. It is certainly true that we live and breath The Bourse every day!

The Bourse is an impressive building, and one that deserves to be treated with respect. With brand new, Grade A office space, we are finding that our high standards are a perfect partner for a Grand Old Lady of Leeds.
