Congratulations to Mark Watts, owner of West One Ltd who has been named as this month’s Supplier Dare Devil for his swift action following a serious leak on site at The Bower and Old Street Retail.

Mark got the report of a leak in one of our retail units and immediately sent one of his team to assist who made a temporary repair to restrict water damage. Mark then attended himself the next day, where he spent 3 hours on site to resolve the issue meaning that the occupier was able to continue to trade safely in their first week back since lockdown. As well as dealing with the leak, Mark has got stuck into several other projects over the past month, including the upgrade of a shower facility to ensure it is DDA compliant, reacting to faults with fire doors and installing a holding bar for padlocks in the bike store.

Matthew Goodey, Assistant Facilities Manager at The Bower said of Mark; ‘He has taken a proactive approach in completing reactive jobs and no job is too big or too small. Mark goes above and beyond every time.’
