We are excited to share that Ashdown Phillips has been shortlisted in three categories at this year's prestigious Property Week Property Awards.

Our first nomination comes in the ED&I Initiative of the Year category, a testament to our team’s hard work in embedding the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion across the business.

The team at Weston Favell Shopping Centre have also been shortlisted for the Social Impact Award for their work with Silhouette Youth Theatre, a community group who provide accessible and affordable theatre training for local young people.

Finally, our Managing Director Andrew Wraight is a finalist in the Leader of the Year category. Since joining the business in 2011, first as a facilities manager before joining the board in 2014 and being promoted to MD in 2018, Andrew has driven the business forward leading to year-on-year growth. ’
