We are thrilled to announce 16 well-deserved promotions across Ashdown Phillips

We are delighted to announce the following promotions across Ashdown Phillips & Partners.

Paul Robins has been promoted to Senior Director - Head of Client Management. As we continue to develop our Company Strategy, a focus on attracting and retaining the best people in the industry needs to be closely matched by a drive to develop the best client relationships in the commercial property management market. Paul’s existing role as our client lead for Oval Real Estate, leader and trainer of our Dare to be Brilliant training programme and experience covering Sophie’s maternity leave makes Paul the ideal candidate to lead on raising the standards of client relationship management across our business.

Promoted to Associate Directors are both Victoria Carson and Gary Smith. Having transferred away from us due to a shopping centre sale in 2014, Vic found her way back in 2019 and joined our Surveying team. Today she manages three shopping centres – Weston Favell, Market Gates and Edmonton Green. Gary joined us 18 months ago as Senior FM at Native Land’s brand-new 225,000 square foot Arbor building at Bankside Yards and has been instrumental in leading the team and the building through the final stages of development and gradual occupation and will be taking on a key role in London managing part of the Facilities Management team.

Within our Surveying team, Geraint Roblin has been promoted to Senior Surveyor and Théo Bourget to Surveyor.

Our Accounting teams continue to go from strength to strength as Adam France has been appointed Senior Credit Controller, Jennifer Secker to Senior Treasury Accountant, Jack Nield to Treasury Accountant, Aaron Jervis to Client Accountant and Sophie Archer to Assistant Service Charge Accountant.

As we continue to bolster our controls around risk management, we have promoted Molly Byford to the role of Risk and Compliance Officer.

Across our Facilities Management teams, Jodi Evans and Dan Holsburt are both promoted to Senior Facilities Manager, Martin Randall has been promoted to Project Facilities Manager working on our Design for Management service proposition, and Shannon Clemow is promoted to Facilities Manager.

Last but certainly not least, Jody Jordan has been promoted to Centre Manager at the Innovation Centre on Milton Park.

Congratulations to all 16 of our newly-promoted team members – we are wishing them every success in their new roles.
