We are proud to share that the JJ Mack Building in Farringdon, London, has achieved an ‘Outstanding’ BREEAM rating with a score of 96.42%, making it the highest scoring building in the UK in its category.

Ashdown Phillips were engaged from the design phase, working with the client and the professional team to ensure the transition from design to management was as efficient as possible and that sustainability and operational efficiency was high on the agenda throughout the process.

BREEAM is used to specify and measure the sustainability performance of buildings, ensuring that projects meet sustainability goals and continue to perform optimally.
