Celebrating 20 Years of Ashdown Phillips
May was a month of celebration for Ashdown Phillips, as we reached a milestone 20 years in business.
We enjoyed looking back on our journey so far, from 2004 when Kate and Richard Phillips founded the company with the aim of delivering better and more sustainable property management to today, where the company has 39 clients, over 100 properties under our management and over 160 employees..
On the 2nd of May, we hosted a celebration in the grounds of our Sussex Head Office, bringing together staff, clients, and service partners who have been a part of the Ashdown Phillips story so far for a night of entertainment, food and dancing. Guests were treated to a daring fire dancing display, a host of street food vendors, live music and even the chance to contribute to a collaborative artwork specially commissioned to celebrate the occasion. The evening also raised a fantastic £2,136.00 for our chosen charities for 2024, Macmillan Cancer Support, Healing Little Hearts and Alzheimer’s Society.
