Farnborough Business Park celebrated all things wellness from the 7-11 October 2019 to mark National Work Life Week, delivering a series of complimentary treatments and activities to help occupiers focus on wellbeing at work.
As well as free exercise classes, massages and reflexology appointments, occupiers could check up on their health with a free body MOT, use scooters as a sustainable way to travel around the park and purchase plant-based beauty products from a pop-up shop.
The Community Partnership Project also visited the park to talk to occupiers about the benefits of volunteering. This was followed by a Tea and Talk charity event in the Aviators café on World Mental Health Day, the Samaritans gave an insightful talk about how to spot and support any colleagues who might be experiencing difficulties.
A huge thanks to all occupiers who got involved and stepped away from their desks to take some well-deserved me time.
