Within our Facilities Management team, John Magee has been appointed to Associate Director, taking the lead on our northern shopping centre sites and Sandra Washbourne has been promoted Centre Manager at Birchwood Shopping Centre. James Wraight is promoted to Senior Facilities Manager and Frankey Laverty and Laura Chick-Comerford to Facilities Manager for their respective properties. Therasa Willis is promoted to Senior Events Coordinator at Bee House and Sharron Taylor now leads the FM Support Team as Manager.

Our Client Accounting team sees promotions for Jennifer Secker and Rachel Dinnage to Treasury Accountants, further strengthening the growing accounts team.

Within our Company Accounts team, Will Man has been promoted to Senior Company Accountant.

Whilst our Head of Surveying & Senior Director, Sophie Weinmann is on maternity leave, her role will be covered by Paul Robins, Director who will temporarily expand his role to provide this cover and Matt Goodey is promoted to Senior Property Manager. We are also pleased to announce that having now passed their APC exams, Jack Leckey and Geraint Roblin have been promoted from Graduate Surveyors to Surveyors.

Finally, our Support Team has seen promotions for Emma Taylor to Support Team Manager and Elisha Maynard to Senior IT Administrator.
