We're delighted to reveal that the winner of Middleton Shopping Centre’s Win a Shop competition is The Creative Studio Middleton, owned by local entrepreneur Tracey Williams.

As well as a year’s free rent, rates and services, Tracey will also have access to local retail experts who will be offering their expertise in order to help make the store a success.

The Creative Studio Middleton is a space where people can take part in workshops and drop in sessions for a wide range of crafting activities for all ages. Customers will also be able to buy branded The Creative Studio Middleton products to take home.

“I was very shocked when I heard that I had won.” says Tracey “I am very excited about this fantastic opportunity to develop my business.”

Such was the quality of entries to the competition, a second-place prize of a rent-free retail unit for six moths was awarded to M24 Scooters and Motorcycles. Centre Manager Anna Ramsden said: “We were very impressed by both Tracey and Stephen’s business plans and wish them both the very best.”
