Great Western Studios Ltd, advised by Melford Capital, appointed Ashdown Phillips in July 2019 to take control of the operation. Following a detailed review, we completely changed the team to give much greater flexibility and service to the Studio occupiers whilst at the same time developing stronger financial management and long-term reporting. Achieving this balance between high quality technical management and a people centric culture is typical of our approach. People are at the heart of all we do; allowing our customers more time to enjoy their working environment, focus on their business and benefit from the wider community.

And to make sure we are helping a much wider community; we have found a brilliant solution to remove all the building’s waste by barge along the Grand Union Canal. A great reduction in carbon footprint, efficient use of resource and a way of helping to reduce congestion on the West London roads.
