Ashdown Phillips & Partners remain committed to providing a first class service to our clients and occupiers throughout these challenging times. We are closely monitoring the latest government advice around COVID-19 and adapting our strategy accordingly.
We recognise the importance at this time of giving our team the full flexibility and support they need to ensure their families are taken care of in light of school closures and self-isolation requirements. All of our staff have the ability to work from home and can remotely access our systems within a secure IT environment. Where staff are based on site we are working to provide a buddy system to ensure flexibility is available as required.
At present, our London team normally based in Carnaby Street are working from home. Our teams in East Sussex and Manchester are ready to move toward a more flexible working model as and when required, with our priority being the continuity of service to our clients and occupiers.
The service delivery within our managed properties is being monitored daily with a view to identifying any risks early; taking account of the occupancy/usage levels and availability of all resources ranging from our own people, those of our service partners and any potential disruption to consumables or critical spares. Our primary goal here is to ensure that the welfare of our teams is safeguarded whilst ensuring that our buildings remain operational and accessible for the occupiers, should they want to use their space.
We have been impressed by the fantastic resolve of our team, pulling together to problem-solve, talk more (even though we are seeing each other less!) and keep ourselves connected.
