Congratulations to our Dare Devil and Dare Devil Partner winners for June 2021!

Facilities Assistant Richard Minto was nominated as our Dare Devil after he selflessly gave up two weekends to respond to emergencies at Fourways House, Manchester.

On the last Saturday of May, the owner of an on-site coffee shop lost their keys, which were picked up by someone who then tried to access the unit. Richard swiftly arranged for a locksmith to visit and replace the locks, waiting on site until he was satisfied the unit was safe.

Shortly afterwards, another occupier had a problem with a broken roller shutter, causing an issue with access to their storeroom and limiting their trade for the day. Despite it being a Sunday evening, Richard attended site to wait for an engineer to resolve the issue, allowing the bar to continue to trade.

Our Dare Devil Partner for June was Otman Kinani, of JD Services who was nominated for his continuous hard work and commitment shown during the six years he has worked with Ashdown Phillips. Otman was described as consistently going above and beyond in his duties and as someone who always offered the highest level of customer service to occupiers at Dover Street.

“It was the best experience with any engineer I have had so far! He was super helpful, competent and truly kind - what a service” said one occupier who had recently moved into the building.
