Well done to HR Manager Nikki Brennan, who has been voted as our July Dare Devil.
As well as helping to ensure that Ashdown Phillips staff have been keeping safe and well during the Covid-19 lockdown, Nikki also worked hard to create an innovative recruitment plan for one of our managed properties.
Nikki worked closely with the client to ensure that their needs would be met and that the final plan would be beneficial for the whole building team. Putting together a plan during the rapidly changing work environment and new rules and regulations caused by the pandemic was a challenge, however the result was a role enhancement and greater responsibility for two current team members, as well as making the job roles and reporting lines on site much more efficient..
