After starting his career in retail and shopping centre management, Andrew joined Ashdown Phillips in 2011 and was appointed Managing Director in 2018. He became the company’s CEO in 2024.
Andrew is responsible for service quality and the strategic direction of the company. He works closely with the board to ensure Ashdown Phillips is the service provider of choice for our existing and potential clients.
Anthony joined Ashdown Phillips in 2013 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2017.
Anthony specialises in managing complex multi-use sites, handling various portfolios ranging from office buildings to large shopping centres. Anthony is particularly interested in pre-purchase due diligence and service charge management. He is a true advocate for collaborative working practices within the company.
Gary joined Ashdown Phillips in 2019 and currently leads our Design for Management and ESG departments.
With a wealth of experience working across many commercial property types including iconic London assets, Gary’s attention to detail, understanding of occupier use and design optimisation has helped support our clients drive for occupational efficiencies.
Gary also leads on ESG, specialising in unlocking synergies in design aspects that can create ideal working environments.
Holli has 13 years of industry experience and has led many successful property management teams.
With a passion for inspiring teams to deliver outstanding quality service to clients and occupiers, Holli specialises in relationship management and oversees the performance and service delivery across premium office and retail assets.
James joined Ashdown Phillips in 2015 and was appointed to the Board in 2017.
With over 25 years’ experience dealing with both landlords and managing agents he works across a varied portfolio, from large London trophy assets to business and industrial estates. In addition, he advises on Design for Management, mobilisation of portfolios and complex service charge matters.
James is also the strategic head of IT, ensuring that our business systems are up to date while exploring news systems and efficiencies.
After joining the company in 2013 as a Senior Surveyor, Joseph was promoted to the Board in 2019.
Joseph is a hands-on surveyor who works closely with clients to understand their objectives and our internal teams to ensure that clients and occupiers receive a best-in-class service.
Kate is one of the founding Directors of Ashdown Phillips and acts as a link between all teams within the business, coordinating and encouraging robust application of policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with best practice.
In her early career, Nikki specialised in sales, customer service and operations.
In 2015 Nikki applied these skills to the commercial property market as Centre Manager for Milton Park Innovation Centre. She now leads on Ashdown Phillips’ flexible workplace strategies, apFlex.
Flexible workspaces require best in class hospitality and customer service, Nikki is therefore perfectly placed to develop teams that deliver on these aspects. She also oversees the performance of flexible workspaces while consulting on suitability, design and infrastructure of future flex offerings.
Nikki joined Ashdown Phillips in 2017.
Her role as HR Business Partner focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall company strategy. Collaborating closely with all our departments, Nikki ensures that our HR initiatives support the growth and development of our employees.
Paul is a dual qualified Surveyor and Facilities Manager, with over 30 years’ experience in commercial property management.
As well as overseeing the management team for one of our major clients, Paul also leads our internal customer service training programme ‘Dare to be Brilliant’. He is an accredited trainer and works with 5 other colleagues to deliver this bespoke training for all Ashdown Phillips staff.
