Our Surveying team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our clients’ assets throughout the UK. Our team have acquired a wealth of experience across commercial office buildings, business parks, industrial estates and shopping and leisure destinations.

They take a hands-on approach, working closely with our Accounts and Facilities Management teams. They undertake a wide range of roles from administering leases, rent collection, service charge management, insurance coordination, energy management, legislative compliance, occupier liaison and dispute resolution. Our surveyors are always keen to identify ways to maximising property performance, improve efficiencies and reduce the environmental impact to a building or portfolio.

Our specialist Accounts team are experts at seeing the bigger picture and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail regardless of whether they work within Client Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury or Credit Control.

Their ability to build occupier relationships delivers impressive results and a best-in-class service to our clients. The team works closely with our Surveying and Facilities Management teams to build and manage incredibly complex service charge budgets. They are able to work with great accuracy to meet client and occupier needs whether collecting payments from occupiers, creating financial reports or managing internal controls, all within regulatory RICS compliance.

Our Facilities Management team has a deep understanding of how commercial buildings function and operate and they take genuine pride in their work. They carefully manage their assigned buildings and associated budgets to deliver exceptional service and experiences for occupiers.

Over recent years the role of a Facilities Manager has expanded significantly; they seek opportunities to add value, boost occupier and wider stakeholder engagement, and champion ESG initiatives. We empower our Facilities Managers with the autonomy to select the best service partners and solutions for their assets, fostering trusted partnerships.
