We are delighted to announce that Siân Stephens has joined Ashdown Phillips & Partners as Associate Director - ESG.

Siân spent 13 years with a real estate fund manager, focusing on investor relations and sustainability. She is an associate member of IEMA (AIEMA) and has a true passion for creating and delivering sustainability strategies.

Andrew Wraight, Managing Director, said about the appointment “The time is right to accelerate our sustainability strategy and to build on the great work we have done over the last few years. Sustainability is embedded across our business, but we identified that we needed a single person to keep us focused, accountable and moving in the same direction.”

Siân added, “Our clients are evolving their own strategies in their own ways – we can be part of establishing that strategy and ensuring we are working with them to track progress and implement projects that will help move towards net zero. Synergy with our Design for Management service to ensure a building has included sustainability considerations during the design stage to maximise efficiency during operation, rather than retrofitting later on”.
