We were delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Wraight to Managing Director earlier this month, but, this promotion is just one of many as our company grows across all departments.

As Andrew steps up to MD, Russell Jaycock and dual-qualified Surveyor/Facilities Manager, Paul Robins have both been promoted to Senior Associate Directors and will jointly fill the role of Head of Facilities Management, nationally.

Sophie Weinmann who joined our team in Manchester early last year has continued to develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers and occupiers across the northern portfolio, her promotion to Director will see her heading up the Manchester office.

Surveyor, Joseph Baugh and Client Accountant, Scott Drew have also been promoted to Senior Associate Directors, and Centre Manager Lynette Howgate has been promoted to Associate Director. Hannah Saunders moves into a Senior Client Accountant role and Stuart Grieve has been promoted to Senior Surveyor.
