Ashdown Phillips are delighted to welcome Julia Fleming to the board of directors as Senior Executive Director, Head of Facilities Management.
Julia brings with her over 23 years’ experience in the property management industry, having previously led facilities teams in roles at Tideway Property Managers, Workman LLP and Arlington.
Julia will lead our UK-wide facilities team and oversee our diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class, tailored services to clients and occupiers. She will also work closely with the senior leadership team to maintain strong connections between the facilities team and other key business functions.
