Our July Dare Devils are...

July saw two winners named as our Dare Devils, with both Senior Client Accountant Clayre Rhoades and Facilities Manager Alan Scott awarded the prize.

Clayre was nominated for her excellent work across a portfolio, resulting in excellent feedback from the client. Clayre was praised for her efficiency in reporting and always being on hand to deliver any information required in an efficient and timely manner.

While many of the company were out on a charity walk across London, Alan Scott attended a reported break in at a property. Despite it not being one of his properties to manage, Alan ensured that the occupier was kept up to date, arranged for a locksmith to visit and went to the site himself and stayed late into the evening to ensure that the work was completed and the building secure, before returning to make sure that the occupier had the keys needed to start work.

Our Dare Devil Partner for July was Andreas Lane, of North Side Youths, an organisation based on site at Edmonton Green Shopping Centre. The youth worker was visiting the centre showing a new youth worker around when there was an altercation between two siblings within one of the shops. After they were separated, Andreas approached the centre management team as he wanted to speak with those involved individually to ensure they were ok and offer conflict management and support from North Side Youths if appropriate. Both the centre team and retailers who witnessed the incident were inspired to see Andreas conduct himself in such a kind, caring and professional manner and they commended him for his calm and caring approach.

Well done to all of our winners!
