Farnborough Business Park are now proud sponsors of a local under 7s football team based in Southwood, who form part of Rushmoor Community Football Club. The team, which is made up of 8 boys and 1 girl have come together through their mutual love of football to form The Sharks FC.

As a local company, Farnborough Business Park places great importance on supporting the community and nurturing local youngsters who may one-day join them as occupiers on the Business Park. Being part of a football team allows them to develop vital soft skills desirable with employees such as commitment, teamwork and communications.

Farnborough Business Park have provided full football kits for the team which offers every child, no matter their financial background, the opportunity to be part of the team.

Neil Wilcox, Team Coach said, ‘We cannot thank Farnborough Business Park enough. It is amazing to be sponsored by a local business for a team of under 7s who have only just started their football career. The team absolutely love their kit, especially the thermals tops now its winter. It is just truly amazing, thank you so much.’
