In May 2017 Helical plc acquired Trinity Court for £12.9 million. OMI were appointed as architect and planning was granted in November 2017 to remodel the ground floor entrance, infill the atrium and add the new 7th floor office space. Construction works began on February 1st 2018. The building sits within the Lincoln Square development area with a number of buildings either under refurbishment, redevelopment or in for planning. Following the works, the infill of atrium gained circa 1,300 sqft per floor and a gain of circa 9,000 sqft across the development. The launch party was on the 1st February 2019 and was a huge success. Congratulations to the team.
