Our support team is an essential part of our management structure, so it is important we work with people who are sharp, bright, and interested in being part of a team that runs a successful business.
They bring a variety of skills and we align their responsibilities with their professional interests. This helps us deliver a great service and keeps the team interested, motivated and happy.
Office Assistant/Personal Assistant
I joined in September 2019 and work between the Pippingford and London offices. The best part of my job is the variety – working at different sites enables me to meet with clients and colleagues daily.
In order to provide a brilliant service, we as a team pride ourselves on being professional, thorough and friendly in everything we do, which enables us to fulfil both our own and our client’s high expectations. My family always encouraged me to try my best in everything I do, and I try to bring that to my work every day.
When not at work I enjoy spending time with family and friends and also play netball as part of a local team.
Business Operations Manager
I started at Ashdown Phillips in May 2015.
I am a Microsoft Office whizz and I get excited about how technology can make our lives easier.
The most important attributes that make our team brilliant are: effective communication at all levels, respect for each other and passion for what we do.
When I'm not in the office you'll usually find me running, cooking or socialising with friends.
I’m based at Pippingford Manor, East Sussex and joined Ashdown Phillips in August 2019.
Our team know the business and their clients inside out and are always happy to go the extra mile to get things done - I love knowing I’ve made a positive difference to someone’s day. For me, the most important ingredients for success are communication, honesty and a good sense of humour!
Outside of work you can usually find me at the cinema, practising my punches at kickboxing class or looking up new recipes to try.
Ashdown Phillips is fantastic; it is wonderful to work with great people in a friendly and relaxed, yet passionate environment. I joined the business in 2017 and have been in the property sector for over 10 years.
For any team to achieve excellence, they must work together with shared aims; people must care about clients and enjoy coming to work.
I love spending time with my grandson and having a work-life balance which allows this is very important.
Life is short - live it to the full and have no regrets.
Personal Assistant (currently on maternity leave)
I provide support to four Directors across our business from our Carnaby Street office. At Ashdown Phillips, we strive to be the best at what we do. It’s incredible to work with people who are so passionate and dedicated and with a company who support development.
My parents have made me understand what life is about and how to find that little ray of happiness in difficult situations. They have made me disciplined, dedicated and sincere.
I joined Ashdown Phillips in 2017 and was promoted to HR Manager in 2019. We have colleagues based across the UK, and I love being part of the support team that helps to keep everyone connected. I get real satisfaction from helping people to fulfil their potential and being able to celebrate their successes.
We pride ourselves in recruiting from a diverse range of backgrounds and specialisms, which I think is what makes us really stand out as a company. All our teams are experts in their fields, passionate about their properties and always willing to share ideas and support, which really shows in the long-standing relationships we have with many clients.
Outside of work, I like to clear my mind and unwind from the day by hiking with friends. My biggest achievement so far is conquering the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge with the Ashdown Phillips team.
I’m proud to be part of the team at Ashdown Phillips. The company share the philosophy that if you are happy it will be reflected in your work. Outside of the office I’m a keen bee keeper and love the outdoors.
I strive to help others and take great pride in doing so. If I make someone’s day easier or happier then I’m achieving my goal in life.
