Administration & Support
Our support team is an essential part of our management structure, so it is important we work with people who are sharp, bright, and interested in being part of a team that runs a successful business.
They bring a variety of skills and we align their responsibilities with their professional interests. This helps us deliver a great service and keeps the team interested, motivated and happy.

Emma Page
Associate Director - Business Operations
I started at Ashdown Phillips in May 2015.
I am a Microsoft Office whizz and I get excited about how technology can make our lives easier.
The most important attributes that make our team brilliant are: effective communication at all levels, respect for each other and passion for what we do.
When I'm not in the office you'll usually find me running, cooking or socialising with friends.

Emma Taylor
Support Team Leader
I’m based at Pippingford Manor, East Sussex and joined Ashdown Phillips in August 2019.
Our team know the business and their clients inside out and are always happy to go the extra mile to get things done - I love knowing I’ve made a positive difference to someone’s day. For me, the most important ingredients for success are communication, honesty and a good sense of humour!
Outside of work you can usually find me at the cinema, practising my punches at kickboxing class or looking up new recipes to try.

Janet Munro
Personal Assistant
Ashdown Phillips is fantastic; it is wonderful to work with great people in a friendly and relaxed, yet passionate environment. I joined the business in 2017 and have been in the property sector for over 10 years.
For any team to achieve excellence, they must work together with shared aims; people must care about clients and enjoy coming to work.
I love spending time with my grandson and having a work-life balance which allows this is very important.

I provide support to four Directors across our business from our Carnaby Street office. At Ashdown Phillips, we strive to be the best at what we do. It’s incredible to work with people who are so passionate and dedicated and with a company who support development.
My parents have made me understand what life is about and how to find that little ray of happiness in difficult situations. They have made me disciplined, dedicated and sincere.

Molly Byford
Compliance Administrator
I enjoy working at Ashdown Phillips because of the friendly atmosphere and the dedication of all those around me. When the whole team is determined to deliver excellent service, it encourages you to deliver to the same standard.
When I'm not working, I love baking and testing out new recipes that I can bring into the office. I also love rugby and am heavily involved with a local theatrical group.
I believe at least once in their life; everyone should stay up for the summer solstice (the shortest night of the year) and watch the sun rise.
The best joke I ever heard is: "They say you are what you eat, which is true because when I bought ready to eat apricots, I was ready to eat apricots" - James Acaster
