John has more than 12 years’ experience in the shopping centre industry, having previously managed assets for Realm and Savills, on behalf of a range of clients.
John leads our shopping centre management and mixed-use estate teams across the UK – ensuring that we deliver brilliant experiences for our customers every day, and that the places they visit are safe, clean, and engaging.
He is also a trainer for our customer service programme, Dare to be Brilliant, a mental health 1st aider, and one of our equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) leads.
