2022 saw the Ashdown Phillips team once again lacing up their most supportive walking shoes to take on LandAid’s Steptober challenge, competing against the rest of the property industry to see who could clock up the most steps and raise the most money to support young people at risk of homelessness.

Over the last 30 years LandAid have brought the property industry together to support charities delivering life-changing services for young people who are or have been homeless, providing safe, suitable and affordable accommodation to those who need it.

Over the two weeks of the challenge, our 10 teams racked up an incredible 7,228,185 steps – approximately 3,422.44 miles – between them, raising a fantastic £2,770.00 for the charity.

As Foundation Partners of LandAid, we are delighted to help ensure that they can continue their mission to end youth homelessness.
