The Bower hosted a One Great Day event for the first time on Wednesday, 27th June 2018 and organised a raffle for a variety of wonderful prizes donated by local businesses such as: a £100 bar tab at the Draft House, a three course dinner for two with a bottle of wine at The Grill at McQueen, afternoon tea for two at The Jailhouse Bar, some vouchers to spend at Shoreditch Grind and an Ottolengi cook book – there were many more prizes to be won.

The draw took place at 3pm in The Hub and the event was supported by our occupiers and local businesses who helped us to raise an amazing £380 for Great Ormond Street Hospital. We were delighted so many people were able to contribute and participate.
