Well done to Katy Szum and Hannah Jaycock, who have been voted as our October Dare Devils!

Both Receptionist Katy and Accounts Payable Assistant Hannah have been working incredibly hard on accounting projects for properties based at the Digbeth estate in Birmingham. Katy took on extra responsibilities alongside her day-to-day responsibilities and has been assisting Hannah with managing the accounts payable side of the business for the site. Meanwhile, Hannah went above and beyond while training the team at Digbeth and has been helping to clear a build-up of supplier invoices and taking responsibility for ensuring that all team members are clear on their roles and that processes continue to run smoothly.

Matt Hellicar, Account Manager at Platinum Maintenance and Facilities Services was named our Dare Devil Partner for doing everything within his power to arrange an urgent replacement of a distribution board at The Loom, London, which was required to assist with a letting for a client.

Thanks to Matt’s time spent working to resolve the problem, all while dealing with several other critical requests arriving at the same time, the result was a happy and grateful client who had been concerned that the letting might be lost.
