Congratulations to Carl Hannah of CJH Cleaning Services who has been named as our September Supplier Dare Devil for his work in preparing a property for an important marketing event.

Despite the very short notice request, Carl responded immediately and worked tirelessly to complete the task of preparing 22 Market Street in Maidenhead for a viewing.

Carl spent three long days on site completing a full building deep clean as well as supplying hand sanitiser stations, Covid-19 signage, face masks and PPE, refreshments for guests and other sundry supplies. He also assisted with the installation of three Dyson hairdryers in the showers and supplied external planters and plants for the terraces, all proving that no job is too big or too small for CJH Cleaning Services.

Thanks to Carl, the viewing was flawless and compliments were received from both the marketing agents and the Landlord.

As well as his help on this project, Carl has also been instrumental in helping Ashdown Phillips to manage the impact of Covid-19 across various properties over the last few months. Dan Holsburt, Assistant Facilities Manager said of Carl, ‘His dedication is unwavering in all services he provides and he really is seen as a valued partner and extension of the Ashdown Phillips team.’
