Within our Facilities Management team, Gary Metcalf is promoted to Executive Director. Gary’s promotion reflects his outstanding contribution to client management and his exceptional breadth and depth of industry knowledge. Gary will also take a seat on the Board of Directors.
Our Facilities Management team also sees a promotion for John Magee to Director. John has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strong sector expertise and an outstanding ability to build trusted client relationships.
Further promotions across our Facilities Management team include Gary Smith, promoted to Senior Associate Director, and Tom Clements, to Associate Director. They both offer expert knowledge, have become trusted advisors and are displaying exceptional leadership qualities.
Promotions across our Client Accounts team include Harriet Todd, promoted to Associate Director and Natasha Payne Phelps to Associate Director. Harriet has consistently demonstrated exceptional client management, strong leadership, and an impressive depth of specialist expertise. Natasha is recognised for her ability to manage complex accounts with clarity, professionalism, and consistently high standards.
Within our Surveying team, Dylan Pearce is promoted to Associate Director. His promotion reflects both the quality of his client service and his growing leadership within the surveying discipline.
In our support team, Abby Clarke is promoted to HR & Systems Administrator. Her organised approach, attention to detail and dependable support have made a significant contribution to the team.
Finally, our Utilities team sees Ben Sumner promoted to Utilities Advisor and Amy Adams to Assistant Team Leader. These well-earned progressions recognise Ben’s commitment and potential for further growth as well as Amy’s strong leadership qualities and her natural ability to support those around her.
