Ashdown Phillips launches new Apprenticeship scheme

Ashdown Phillips is delighted to launch its new Apprenticeship Scheme, offering practical experience, structured training and ongoing support for people starting their careers in the world of Facilities Management.

We are pleased to welcome our first two apprentices, Ryan Ashworth and Lily O’Brien, who have joined the business and begun their professional journey with the support of our experienced colleagues across the FM team.

The launch of the Apprenticeship Scheme reinforces our people-first culture and strongly reflects our values. It marks an important step in Ashdown Phillips’ ongoing commitment to employing and retaining the best people, supporting career progression and strengthening the future of the facilities management profession.

Nikki Nussle, Director – Head of HR commented

“I am genuinely proud to see our apprenticeship programme become a reality. Our goal has been to create opportunities for people to learn, grow and build successful careers in our industry, while reflecting our commitment to investing in talent and clear development pathways.

It is especially rewarding to give individuals real-world experience while learning from experienced colleagues. I have no doubt our apprentices will make a valuable contribution, and I look forward to seeing them develop over the coming years.”

Julia Fleming, Senior Executive Director, Head of Facilities Management at Ashdown Phillips, said:

“We are incredibly proud to launch our Apprenticeship Scheme and welcome our first apprentices – Ryan and Lily to the business; it’s a fantastic milestone for Ashdown Phillips. Facilities Management is built on people, and it is important that we continue to invest in the next generation of talent. We are looking forward to helping them develop rewarding careers with Ashdown Phillips.”
