March Dare Devils Revealed!

Congratulations to our Dare Devil and Dare Devil Partner winners for March 2021!

Our March Dare Devil is Associate Director Gordon Lindsay, who has been instrumental in taking new London office development Kaleidoscope from a construction site to full management. Shortly after completion, social media giant Tik Tok signed a 15-year lease for the impressive building, which is situated above the new Farringdon East Crossrail Station.

Our Client, Helical plc relied on Gordon to help with viewings, to conduct detailed inspections by the new occupier's professional team and to respond to enquiries before contract. In short, Gordon became an extension of the Client's team and was hugely valuable to the success of the letting, which has been heralded as a highly significant deal in a challenging market.

Our March Dare Devil Partner was Engineering Supervisor, Mark Barrett for his response to an electrical fire that occurred at 25 Charterhouse Square 16th March.

After arriving as one of the first responders on site, Mark demonstrated exceptional leadership and immediately helped to take control of the situation, working alongside the Ashdown Phillips team to arrange additional M&E support, specialist contractors and took the lead to run all the required processes to ensure the building was safe. After a long day and late night, he was back at the building bright and early the following morning, putting in temporary connections so that occupiers could return to work.

A huge well-done and thank you to our winners!
