Congratulations to Tara Grant, Venue Manager at The Terrace, Leeds who has been voted as our November Dare Devil!

With event bookings at her venue affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, Tara rolled up her sleeves and took on the challenge of assisting the Accounts Payable team, helping to ensure that suppliers received payments on time and queries could be dealt with quickly.

Despite this not being her main role, Tara threw herself into the task and made an immediate impact, especially when it came to working with utilities re-charges, an area that can cause difficulties if not managed efficiently. Tara took responsibility for ensuring she understood the processes and procedures, meaning that she could fulfil the role effectively and provide vital support for the Accounts team. Well done to Tara and thank you for all your hard work.
