Farnborough Business Park saw its first ever Wellness Week on the 15-19 October 2018. Occupiers were able to take part in a range of activities which were designed to reduce stress, increase productivity, promote a sense of wellbeing and increase positive emotional wellness. Our team were pleased to be able to offer all sessions free of charge which included, Vinyasa flow yoga, boxfit, meditation workshops, GRITT sessions, health MOTs, manicures and chair messages.
